Sadly, the only restaurant in the city is in an NYU food court and is closed all summer.

Inspired by New York magazine’s recent list of the 101 Best Sandwiches in NY, I visited Peanut Butter & Co. last week to try out #100 on the list. The Elvis is peanut butter, banana, bacon and honey on toast and was delicious if a bit hard to swallow.
